From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and organized. The menu options were diverse and customized to suit all our guests' dietary preferences. I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. We definitely made the best decision in choosing Spaziani Catering. 9 months prior you put our minds at ease and gave so many different options on how food should be served, what types of appetizers we could pick (way to many options lol). We decided to go with serving stations for main course. They gave us so many different options on main dishes and how they would be served. It was like 4 different 5 star restaurants open for business all at the same time. It really works well and unlike traditional buffet style dinners there were no lines to wait at. The Spaziani staff was professional through and through from start to finish. Not one complaint about anyone on the staff. They all have multiple rolls and the best part about it is you never had to ask for anything it seems like they know what you want or need before you do. Now for the deserts if you can dream it will be on the tables notice I said tables. There was several tables of pastries, cakes, pies, and to many more sweets that I never thought would be there. This was set up in minutes but looks like it took hours. The only bad thing about the dessert table was no one ate a piece of wedding cake LOL except for bride and groom. It was amazing to see how they transformed our wedding tent 40’ x 100’ 3times throughout the night and not one guest noticing. At the end of evening they where cleaned up and packed up in about one hour like they where never there. Tony and Patti thank you for helping us make this a day that will never be forgotten. Since the wedding we have been asked by multiple people who attended how to get in touch with you for some of there events.
